Role : Instructional Design

Skill : The candidate in this position:

1. Should have basic knowledge of instructional designing (ID) concepts, theories, and models
2. Should be able to do requirement gathering and analysis
3. Should be able to create instructional strategy document
4. Should be able to develop storyboards
5. Should be able to interact with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) effectively to retrieve the information required in developing eLearning course
6. Should have hands-on experience n various eLearning development tool, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Whatfix, SAP EnableNow, WalkMe

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

• Knowledge about ID theories and models, such as ADDIE, ARCS, Blooms’ Taxonomy
• Hands-on experience in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Whatfix, WalkMe, SAP EnableNow
• Should have worked on application-based content
• Should have recorded and edited simulations
• Create course design, storyboards, Work Instructions, Quick Reference guides
• Decide instructional strategies that would fulfill the course objectives
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to get requisite information
• Excellent technical, verbal and written communications skills.
• Team player and a self-starter who can work independently to exploit technologies
• Ability to multi-task within a team-oriented environment
• Should be able to interact with the client for requirement gathering and status reporting
• Manage projects for timelines, resourcing, budgeting and quality

Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Experience in creating instructional strategy document (ISD) and functional specification document (FSD)
• Experience in developing Detailed Design Document (DDD)
• Awareness about the latest learning trends
• Experience in AR/VR
• Passion for learning new tools and thrive in challenging situtations
