About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Instructional Designer to join our Digital Content & Education team. This is a highly execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys building engaging, multimedia-rich learning experiences from concept to delivery.
You will work closely with academic and digital stakeholders to design, redesign, and produce vocational learning content, combining instructional design thinking with strong technical and multimedia production skills.
Key Responsibilities Project & Collaboration
- Own and manage assigned content projects while adhering to defined production timelines
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and the Head of Academic Projects, providing weekly status and progress updates
- Actively seek, incorporate, and iterate on feedback from key stakeholders to continuously improve content quality
- Proactively suggest creative, technical, or process improvements to enhance efficiency and learning impact
Instructional Design & Content Development
- Follow the defined production map and use Microsoft Copilot 365 for scripting and initial content drafting
- Validate action scripts with the Head of Education and Digital team
- Translate scripts into visually engaging, industry-relevant storyboards
- Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and other learning design principles to improve learner outcomes
Multimedia Production
- Film, edit, and produce high-quality videos, audio, graphics, and motion design assets
- Create engaging infographics, e-comics, and varied visual formats to support learning and engagement
- Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline
- Publish, test, and troubleshoot SCORM/x API packages for LMS compatibility
Innovation & Trends
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in multimedia, AI tools, and digital learning
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, optimization, and production workflows
