Instructional Designer - Downstream Learning (Relocation to Ras Tanura)

We are seeking a qualified and creative Instructional Designer to design to work for the Downstream Learning and Development Department (DLDD) .

DLDD delivers technical and professional training to enhance Downstream workforce capability and strengthen organizational performance.

Your primary role is to develop high-quality learning experiences that support the Downstream organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), training stakeholders, and internal partners to ensure programs are designed using evidence-based instructional practices and evaluated through robust performance metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs and performance gaps to design effective instructional solutions.
• Design and develop detailed instructional design documents, storyboards, scripts, and learning outlines.
