Instructional Designer

We work with leading organizations to transform classroom and static content into engaging, interactive, and outcome-driven digital learning experiences.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design high-impact digital learning experiences across compliance, product, leadership, and capability-building programs. The role involves working closely with SMEs, project managers, visual designers, and developers to create storyboards and learning journeys that are instructionally sound, engaging, and business-aligned.

Content Design & Development  

• Transform raw content into structured, engaging, and effective learning modules. 
• Design interactive learning experiences for e-learning platforms using adult learning principles. 
• Create storyboards, scripts, quizzes, and assessments aligned with client expectations. 

Collaboration & Execution  

• Work closely with SMEs, visual designers, animators, and developers to build cohesive learning products. 
• Conduct basic research to supplement content when needed. 
• Assist in quality reviews and ensure instructional accuracy and consistency. 

Must-Have  

• 1–3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer.  
• Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.). 
• Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content. 
• Familiarity with rapid authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate. 
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills. 

Nice-to-Have  

• Exposure to SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS platforms. 
• Experience designing for mobile/responsive learning. 
• Basic knowledge of graphic or video tools is a plus.
