Instructional designer

Job role
Create complex, high-quality, and innovative instructional materials and learning solutions using proven instructional design methodology and current industry trends.
Collaborate with SME to develop course content.
Write content scripts, storyboards, practice exercises video/audio scripts, assessments, participants, and facilitator guides.
Develop new and update existing print and interactive, web-based multimedia training content, incorporating various media technologies into web-based training materials.
Develop/input graphics, audio, animations, video, and interactions into training content and marketing purposes for Operational training.
Perform quality control including evaluating, testing, and editing deliverables after they are drafted or completed. Strong attention to detail a must.
Adhere to designated training materials development standards, guidelines, and style guides set forth by AMH Services.
