Role:

• To transform training content: Existing & New across various platforms.
• Align content with business objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
• To create memorable learning experiences that engage and motivate learners. Whether it's through gamification, adaptive learning, or interactive scenarios.
• Write and develop content for a variety of platforms, Products & processes in the form of PPTs, Videos, Audio audiovisual capsules.

Scope of Work:

• In-depth research on industry trends, target audience, and competition to implement AI-based strategies, improving the quality of content & making it interactive for the target audience.
