Instructional Designer

To act as the primary custodian of standards for the Account Global Training Hub. This role moves beyond traditional slide creation to own two critical functions:

• Governance: Maintaining the master Knowledge Base to ensure absolute consistency across all Account vendor sites.
• Digital Evolution: Transforming static technical notes into AI-driven simulations and interactive decision trees that drive faster agent proficiency.
