Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Governance Practices and Transformation, Business Governance and Controls, the Instructional Designer, Regulatory Programs will play a critical role in driving larger scale changes to enable our advisors and field leaders meet regulatory requirements and expectations and to ensure that we maintain a strong risk and compliance culture while delivering on client and advisor centric experiences.

The Instructional Designer, Regulatory Programs will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences by analysing learning needs, designing curriculum, and developing educational materials and programs.
