**Instructional Designer**
**WORK MODEL:** Hybrid (In office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
**ROLE OVERVIEW**
The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality training content supporting Field Work Management (FWM) processes and tools, including Maximo and related systems. This role focuses on creating structured, role-based learning experiences that enable safe, efficient, and consistent execution of field work across multiple regions.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
+ Analyze training needs and conduct gap assessments related to FWM processes, system updates, and operational changes
+ Design and develop learning solutions using the ADDIE methodology
+ Create structured, role-based learning paths and curricula
+ Develop engaging learning materials across multiple formats, including:
