This is a part-time remote role for an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will focus on conducting needs analysis to identify training gaps, designing and developing instructional materials, and creating engaging curricula. Additionally, the role involves managing learning management systems and collaborating with teams to deliver effective training and development solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Needs Analysis and Instructional Design to develop effective training programs
  • Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management to facilitate comprehensive learning experiences
  • Proficiency in Curriculum Development and creating tailored instructional content
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms is a plus
  • Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Education, or related field preferred
