Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to identify knowledge and performance gaps, target audience characteristics, and desired learning outcomes
  • Curriculum Design: Create comprehensive instructional design plans that align with learning objectives, utilizing sound adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Gagne's Nine Events). Create measurable learning objectives
  • Content Development: Develop compelling learning content including e-learning modules, lesson plans, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, videos, simulations, and assessments
  • Multimedia Integration: Select and integrate appropriate multimedia elements (e.g., video, audio, graphics, animations) to enhance learner engagement. Ability to flex content to different learning styles
