Job Description
This position serves as both an operational and strategic liaison among the content development team, Trainers, the Training Manager, and other key departments. The primary objective is to ensure the effective planning, execution, and oversight of instructional design initiatives, guaranteeing that deliverables are aligned with organizational objectives and adhere to established adult learning principles.
The incumbent will oversee the development and implementation of educational content projects, partnering closely with content developers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality instructional materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Advanced English Level.
- Content creation tools, such as Articulate 360, Rise 360, Storyline, or other authoring tools.
- Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva.
