Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer & Trainer who can both design high-quality learning content and confidently facilitate training sessions. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, curious, and comfortable learning complex content in order to translate it into practical, engaging training for adult learners.
This position supports learning needs across construction, technology, and corporate environments. The successful candidate will not only deliver training, but also understand how the content is applied in real work settings and be able to answer fundamental learner questions about its use.
District Overview
Kiewit Equipment Services (KES) helps to ensure the profitability of Kiewit projects through the improved equipment utilization and mechanical reliability by delivering world-class equipment and service.
Location
This position is based out of our Lone Tree, CO office.

• Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
• Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
• Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. Base Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000
