Client Academy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructional Designer (ID) to support our internal client. In this contract role, you will lead the design and development of technical training programs to support modernization of apprenticeships for distribution, substation, and transmission work.

Your work will support workforce development, ensure compliance with operational standards, and align with Client’s strategic goals.
