Your role
As part of the Global Operations Training team, the Regional Operations Learning Specialist supports the full process of development of effective and engaging training content to meet the needs of global and regional audiences. This role works closely with senior team members, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to analyze, design, build, and update instructional materials such as eLearning modules, instructor-led training content, and job aids.
The Regional Operations Learning Specialist will assist in content development projects from concept through delivery and help ensure materials are clear, accurate, and aligned with learning objectives. This role also contributes to the ongoing content design for implementation in our digital learning platform.

What you’ll need
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
2–3 years of experience developing training or instructional content, preferably in a corporate, technical, or operations environment.
Skills:
Experience publishing eLearning content to SCORM.
Familiarity with video editing tools (., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere) or image editing (., Photoshop).
Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Certifications: Instructional design certifications (ATD, CPLP, (Preferred)
Additional Requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative global team
Ability to travel as required globally
