The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Instructional Design expert for the analysis of training needs, media selection, and the overall design of the training system for graduate and/or undergraduate flying. Responsibilities SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the Instructional Design expert for the analysis of training needs, media selection, and the overall design of the training system for graduate and/or undergraduate flying training programs (e.g., Pilot training, CSO training, UAS training).
