Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled instructional/visual designer to refresh and systematize an existing youth leadership curriculum (urban Hispanic ministry context).
This is not a content rewrite.
This is a visual system and usability redesign.
We need someone who understands:
• Long-form curriculum layout
• Typography hierarchy and readability
• PowerPoint system design (not decorative slides)
• Instructional usability (facilitator cues, visual labels, clarity)
• Brand consistency across documents and digital assets
What We're Looking For
• Experience designing curriculum or instructional materials
• Strong PowerPoint and document layout portfolio
• Ability to create design systems (not just one-off designs)
• Clean, modern, professional aesthetic
• Excellent communication
• Able to begin immediately
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
