CSMART is currently looking for an **Instructor** for our **Technical Department** for 40 hours per week, with a focus on delivering high-quality training programs, supporting continuous improvement through simulation-based learning, and integrating current and emerging technologies and procedures.
To achieve and maintain the highest maritime standards, you will continuously develop your expertise and have the opportunity to specialize in areas such as Marine Engineering, Prime Movers, Energy Efficiency, HVAC, Hydraulics, Safety, Compliance, Environmental, Leadership, and Human Element, tailoring your knowledge to the evolving needs of the cruise industry.
