Instructor, Developmental Mathematics - FT

General Description of Position Under the general direction and supervision of the Dean and Associate Dean, the Developmental Mathematics Instructor is responsible for providing instruction in various courses in a classroom, online, and/or distance learning environment. Teaching assignments for this position may include but are not limited to Math Fundamentals, Modular Math, Beginning Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, and Business Math. This full-time regular position is also responsible for obtaining instructional supplies and materials, assisting in the selection of textbooks, advising students, and working with the program and college committees. Essential Functions Provide Instruction in Assigned Subject Areas 

Provide instruction to students according to the objectives of each course assigned by employing diverse teaching methods appropriate to individual student needs to accommodate various levels of academic preparation.
