**CSMART** is currently looking for a full time Electrical Instructor as part of the Operations department.
Reporting to a Senior and indirectly to the Principal Instructor - Technical, this role has a particular focus on current and emerging technologies, crew resource management and company procedures achieved by training and simulations.
As an Instructor (Electrical), your responsibilities, amongst others, will include:
+ Delivering training to ship-board technical staff
+ Delivering training according to the CSMART course delivery process and quality standards
+ Developing content / new procedures to be implemented onboard ships
+ Keeping up to date with current practices and technology
+ Liaise with Operations Support and other instructors to ensure everything is prepared prior and at the end courses
