CAE is a global leader in training for civil aviation and defence and security. CAE is the prime contractor responsible for the NATO Flying Training in Canada’s (NFTC) program as well as the Future Air Crew Training (FACT) program, in Moose Jaw, SK, that produces qualified military pilots for the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) and other global defence customers.

By joining our team of military trained instructor pilots, you will be helping to create a dynamic and exciting environment for students learning to fly and operate the PC-21 trainer.

During the build-up to commencement of training, the AFT-FW Instructor Pilot will be closely involved in leading a team of AFT-FW CQFIs in the design and development of the pilot training system for the future of the RCAF. This will entail:
