Lincoln Tech is seeking a Instructor Training Manager who will be responsible for the onboarding and training of Lincoln Tech's faculty. This role includes developing a scalable and comprehensive training program and platform for all new and existing faculty and identify opportunities for ongoing faculty development.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong mentoring, communication, and interpersonal skills, preferably in a vocational setting.
  • Ability to develop and innovate educational content and deliver it effectively in workshop settings.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Master's degree a plus)
