**Key Qualifications:**
- **Education & Experience:** High school diploma or GED; Technical Degree in Industrial Electrical or related fields preferred. 4-5 years of relevant experience required.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with electrical systems up to 480V. Experience with Siemens PLCs and Wonderware is an advantage.
- **Software Knowledge:** Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar CAD software and experience using SAP or CMMS is a plus.
- **Certifications:** Ability to become certified in operating powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts.
