Job Description:
Lead and manage Instrument and Control engineering activities, ensuring suitability, economic viability, and effective implementation.
Identify risks and opportunities, offering strategic recommendations for mitigation and management.
Coordinate effectively with clients, engineering disciplines, subcontractors, vendors, and construction/commissioning teams.
Review client ITB and provide clarification/deviations list.
Prepare Master Document/Drawing List, MR/TBE List, and Risk & Opportunity List.
Prepare MRs and TBEs for I&C items such as DCS, Metering, CEMS, and SWAS.
Perform technical coordination with clients and review I&C documents and drawings.
