Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Instrumentation Engineer with experience in instrumentation design, PLC/SCADA systems, and metering panels for Oil & Gas, CGD, Power, or Process industry projects. The role involves engineering documentation, vendor coordination, panel review, FAT, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of specifications & datasheets for all instrument items & complete control system architecture components
2. Sizing selection of NIRMAL make pressure regulators and datasheets
3. Technical documents like process hook up diagram, logic diagram.
4. Review of relevant mechanical documents and drawings for instrument detailing.
5. Close interaction with factory Instrument group for timely execution of jobs.
6. Thermos well sizing, wake frequency calculation, flow meter sizing, cable schedule, line sizing, Skid Sizing.
7. Coordination & support project team for timely approval of design documents.
8. Knowledge of SCADA, DCS, RTU, data communication concept and protocols.
9. Instrumentation related standards – AGA3, AGA7, AGA9 etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Cable Schedules, JB Schedules, JB Datasheets, and JB Wiring Drawings
• Develop Loop Diagrams, I/O Lists, and Cause & Effect Diagrams
• Define PLC / SCADA system architecture and prepare PLC logic sequence descriptions
• Prepare RFQs and perform technical evaluation of PLC, SCADA, and metering panels
• Review panel GA, wiring drawings, and vendor documents
• Coordinate with customers for document submission and approvals
• Inspect PLC / metering panels and demonstrate FAT to customers
