**The Project Lead Engineer** plays a pivotal role in securing and delivering successful Measurement Solutions projects in Turkey, serving as the trusted partner of the project pursuit leader / EPC Account Manager. This role is accountable for creating winning proposals on large project pursuits and ensuring flawless technical execution during delivery. It involves aligning customer requirements with optimal solutions, applying the right product tiering for profitability, and engaging with supply chain and third-party suppliers for the best price positioning. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in instrumentation with commercial foresight, leadership skills, and the ability to inspire a team of project engineers to deliver value at every stage.
