The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Instrumentation Technician to join our Glencore Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations in Greater Sudbury, Ontario.

The position will be based in Greater Sudbury, Ontario.

This is a full-time, permanent, unionized position.

Rate of Pay: $44.37 per hour plus applicable bonuses.

This position is being posted to fill an existing vacancy.

Work location is not accessible by public transportation.

Duties and Accountabilities

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Instrumentation Technician assumes responsibility for the maintenance and upgrading of existing process control and information technology systems in operational areas.

Directs instrumentation technicians, trouble shoots, repairs, maintains, calibrates and develops standard and special process measurement and control systems.
