Maintenance of Plant Instruments: To maintain plant process and utility instruments / equipments / system for trouble free and reliable operation

Supervise preventive, predictive, shut-down and break down maintenance jobs. Performance monitoring after maintenance. Supervision of modification jobs / new system installation / commissioning. To maintain the Calibration records Up to Date Supervising the Calibration activities.

Maintenance of Weighing, Packing and other Instruments: To maintain weighing &packing equipments, Q/C, Safety and NDT instruments and card punching systems for trouble free operation.

Supervise preventive, predictive, shut-down and break down maintenance jobs. Performance monitoring after maintenance

Safety: Safety rules compliance by the people on their jobs for their safety

Get safety work permit issued Control people to follow safety rules. Control people to use appropriate safety appliances. Guide and supervise peoplefor safety during job execution.

Communication System: To maintain communication system and TV network for trouble free and reliable operation.

Supervising preventive, predictive, shut-down and break-down maintenance. Problem troubleshooting under guidance from HOD. Supervision of new system erection and commissioning and old system modification
