RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Be available to work during business hours:
- Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm
- Friday 9am to 3pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Works well with a small team.
- Positive disposition.
- Experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
- Reliable, consistent and motivated.
- Spanish speaker preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance or currently holding a Property & Casualty license.
