Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails while assisting customers with Auto insurance policy inquiries.




  • Processing payments and answering questions related to customer accounts.




  • Provide assistance with CAA membership sales, renewals, and upgrades.




  • Handling and balancing cash drawers when needed.
     


  • Skills & Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 education (or equivalent).

  • Familiarity with SGI Auto Fund and Extension Auto Insurance.

  • Restricted Auto License is an asset, with willingness to obtain if required.

  • Previous experience in customer service, insurance, licensing, or administrative environments.

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A friendly and approachable attitude with a conscientious work ethic.
