Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls and emails while assisting customers with Auto insurance policy inquiries.
Processing payments and answering questions related to customer accounts.
Provide assistance with CAA membership sales, renewals, and upgrades.
Handling and balancing cash drawers when needed.
