Meraki Talent are seeking a dedicated and skilled Claims Handler to join a leading Glasgow based Insurance firm, with a commitment for integrity and professionalism. As a Claims Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving claims related to accident and health incidents.

Daily duties will include;

• Conducting thorough investigations into reported claims to determine coverage and liability.
• Communicating effectively with claimants, policyholders, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Analysing policy provisions and interpreting coverage to make accurate claim decisions.
• Evaluating damages and negotiating settlements within authority limits.
• Collaborating with internal teams, to resolve complex claims efficiently.
