Job Description

Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Work with a seasoned Account Executive and their current team on a daily basis.

  • Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.

  • Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers.

  • Review client data entries, invoicing and coverage selection for compliance.

  • Complete certificate issuance for new business and renewal clients.

  • Process changes to insurance policies and endorsements.

  • Assist with the administration of the commercial book of business accurately and efficiently.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while helping to meet insurance sales targets.

  • Conduct proactive account touchpoints and timely renewal calls for existing clients.

  • Learn the fundamentals of account management and client retention strategies.
