Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kochi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for assessing client financial situations, developing tailored financial plans, and providing guidance on investments, insurance, and retirement planning. They will also manage client portfolios, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and regularly review client requirements to meet their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach prospective clients
Advise customers on suitable LIC insurance and investment plans
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Assist clients with policy servicing and renewals
Achieve business targets with professional support from LIC
Earnings & Remuneration
Attractive Commission-Based Income (No income cap)
Up to 35% commission on first-year premium
Renewal commission for subsequent years
Performance-based bonuses & incentives
Club Membership Benefits (MDRT / LIC Clubs)
Pension & Gratuity Benefits (as per LIC norms)
High performers earn ₹3–10+ lakhs per annum, with top advisors earning significantly more.
