Insurance Advisor – Trainee (Bachelor’s Degree Required)
Location: Pittston, PA (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Full‑time | Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST
Operating Hours After Training: 7:00 AM–9:00 PM EST (‑hour shifts starting every 30 minutes between 9:00 AM–12:30 PM)
About the Role
We are actively seeking recent college graduates in the Pittston, PA area to join our growing sales team as Insurance Advisor Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a long‑term career in the insurance and financial services industry.
As part of your onboarding, the company will cover the cost of your Property & Casualty insurance licensing, which you will complete before entering our structured sales training program.
