Job Title: Insurance Broker Specialist Work Environment: Work from Office (5 days a week, Weekends Off) About the Role The SPE / SME Insurance Operations role supports end-to-end insurance broking and policy servicing activities across Personal Lines (PL), Commercial Lines (CL), and/or Employee Benefits (EB). The role is responsible for ensuring accurate processing of insurance transactions, compliance with regulatory and carrier requirements, and adherence to service level agreements and quality standards. The SPE focuses on executing standard insurance workflows and servicing tasks, while the SME serves as a subject matter authority handling complex cases, escalations, process improvements, and team guidance.
