About the Role

The SPE / SME – Insurance Operations role supports end-to-end insurance broking and policy servicing activities across Personal Lines (PL), Commercial Lines (CL), and/or Employee Benefits (EB). The role is responsible for ensuring accurate processing of insurance transactions, compliance with regulatory and carrier requirements, and adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.

The SPE focuses on executing standard insurance workflows and servicing tasks, while the SME serves as a subject matter authority handling complex cases, escalations, process improvements, and team guidance. Both roles work closely with licensed Account Managers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to deliver timely, compliant, and high-quality insurance operations support.
