Main Function(s):



Responsible for identifying sales prospects for the life insurance plans and managing a portfolio of clients. His main duty is meeting potential clients to grow the customers’ base by exploring clients’ needs and matching them with our products and services. Also accountable for handling policy renewals, and servicing clients needs.



Duties & Responsibilities:






Responsible for developing long term relationship with clients, assess their needs and provide them accurate solutions, including suitable protection plan with long term investment strategy

Research & acquire potential leads from different resources to build a database of prospective clients

Achieve the set Annual Target as per the target letter

Ensure full submission of the business with proper information and premium settlements

Maintain a strong business relation with clients through contacts and visits

Ensure to provide a continuing quality service in order to improve customer satisfaction; plan future follow-up visits and evaluation of needs

Maintain records of new policies

Complete sales report activity as per management requests

Ensure proper completion of policy requirements by coordinating with the concerned stakeholders, including any necessary examinations and filling appropriate forms

Update job knowledge by participating in trainings and maintaining personal networks

Comply with Code of Conduct

Perform other related duties as assigned





Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

3+ years' of sales consulting or banking experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
