  • Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to sales team

  • Setting and monitoring sales KPI’s

  • Providing sales strategies, tactics, accountability and feedback.

  • Creating efficiencies through tracking and reporting

  • Champion and implement corporative initiatives to the team to drive business results

  • Mediate disputes with customers

  • Review and audit the team’s output to ensure quality and compliance

  • Continue self-development through industry and community involvement, training, and courses; as well as promoting the same in your team

  • Level 2 insurance license required

  • RIBO license is ideal to have; candidates must be willing to obtain RIBO within three (3) months of hire

  • 5+ years experience selling personal lines insurance products
