Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales revenue through effective planning, execution, and talent development.
- Identify new business opportunities by sourcing potential clients from various channels such as referrals, networking events, and marketing campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase retention rates and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize processes and drive growth in the agency channel.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in insurance industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products and services.
- Excellent result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets set by management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
