Oversees and manages the overall payout processing of policy related benefit. And providing support in other operational requirements of Policy Benefits.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Processor (AutoPos and Lifelines) and Maker (JETT role): Ensures timely manner in processing client-initiated benefit payout, review client forms and documents and assess their request as well as securing that the flagged error by the system (JETT) auto upload and manual upload is reviewed and assessed (e.g: detect potential double payout, payout details are match from the source system or as verified/endorsed by the frontlines (CSC/Callcenter). Provide list of the batches that were uploaded for reference of the checkers and approver. Able to prepare request immediately as needed.
