We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health and Benefits Admin team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Health and Benefits Admin team main objectives are related to ensure the operational management with the Insurance Company.
The Insurance Operations Administrator supports the day-to-day administration and delivery of employee benefit and health insurance programs for corporate clients. The role is responsible for processing benefits data and participant changes (such as enrollments and terminations), ensuring data accuracy across systems, supporting billing and reporting activities, and liaising with insurers and internal teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time.
