Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently handling complex insurance-related tasks across multiple client systems.
  • Reviewing operational challenges, improving workflows, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
  • Strengthening client relationships by responding to inquiries, understanding client needs, and delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Conducting audits and issue resolution to identify process gaps and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Designing and facilitating training programs, including developing training plans, overseeing processes, and mentoring junior trainers.
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials to support operational objectives.
  • Applying quality assurance practices to ensure processes consistently meet client expectations and quality benchmarks.
