Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage complex insurance-related processes using multiple client systems.
  • Improve operational efficiency by identifying issues, refining procedures, and maintaining compliance standards.
  • Build positive client relationships by communicating effectively, understanding client needs, and delivering quality service.
  • Conduct audits and troubleshooting activities to detect process gaps, resolve issues, and ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Assist with additional operational functions such as data analysis, reporting, and onboarding of new clients or processes.

Qualifications

  • Open to fresh graduates
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in insurance operations or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
