Insurance Operations Specialist

This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced Insurance Operations Specialist to support and strengthen agency operations. This role is responsible for optimizing Vertafore AMS360 usage, improving operational workflows, and ensuring accurate revenue and commission reconciliation across multiple insurance carriers for both commercial and personal lines. The ideal candidate brings strong system knowledge, a detail-oriented mindset, and a solid understanding of insurance operations and accounting processes. This position plays a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, system integrity, and operational efficiency.
