Role Description
- Lead the Insurance Risk Portfolio for CRO Strategic Initiative
- As a Lead, the following are responsibilities/expectation for the role:
o Carry targets in terms of revenue influenced through opportunity creation and convertion
o Create/Build offerings and solutions for Insurance Risk domain
o Conduct Thought Leadership sessions for existing and prospective Clients to showcase Industry trends
o Create point of views that can be shared with internally and externally
o Contribute towards RFI/RFP responses related to the portfolio
Pre-requisites
1) Experience in risk management and Solvency guidelines, ORSA reporting, Assessments of counterparties credit worthiness
2) 12 to 15 years of relevant experience
3) Knowledge of the insurance sector, including a strong understanding of a relevant area of compliance, structuring or regulation
4) Knowledge and understanding of risks and controls along the P&C reinsurance value chain
5) Worked with insurers in Global markets
6) Understanding of Cat Modelling and Stress Testing
Technical Implementation & Solution Focus
- Risk Framework Implementation (Solvency II, COSO, ISO 31000)
- Regulatory Technology (RegTech) for Insurance
- Insurance Policy Administration Systems
- Insurance Claims Technology Projects
- Data Analytics/AI in Insurance Risk
- Risk Modeling Tools (e.G., SAS, Tableau)
- Compliance Automation in Insurance
