Responsibilities
  • Our number one goal is to take care of people through excellent and compassionate customer service skills
  • Analyze coverage, make recommendations for exposures
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Work with your manager to achieve Sales goals and measurables by making sure our customers have the correct coverage.
  • Master our lead management system
  • Master lead pipeline management
  • Master customer service and sales skills to take better care of people and bring new customers to Allstate.

Requirement
  • For local candidates we will help you get licensed
  • Personal Lines License or Property Casualty License is required for employees who are not local
  • Previous Customer Service Experience or sales experience is a plus
  • Quiet, distraction-free office space
