- To continuously monitor insurance renewal cases and track for final closure
- To ensure achievement of daily and monthly assigned targets for policy sales and renewals.
- To connect with branches of renewal conversion.
- Cross selling of other insurance products like personal accident etc.
- To handle escalation related to customer queries, objections, and grievances.
