Insurance Sales Representative

Your Mission


As an Insurance Sales Representative, your mission is to:




  • Own your territory and control your outcomes through face-to-face business-to-business sales




  • Build unshakable relationships with business leaders, becoming a trusted authority and advisor




  • Deliver tailored supplemental insurance solutions that meet your clients' needs—and exceed their expectations




  • Set ambitious goals, crush them, and push yourself beyond limits every single day




  • Lead your career on your terms, with full autonomy and authority over your schedule and sales approach

Operational Details




  • Role Type: Independent Contractor




  • Work Location: In-person, B2B field sales in your community




  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends




  • Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 annually (base draw + commissions + bonuses)




  • Opportunity: Command your territory, dominate your metrics, and influence the team

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 5 years professional experience




  • Willingness to obtain State Health Insurance License (assistance and reimbursement provided)
