Virtual Rockstar is hiring a Medical Virtual Assistant on behalf of a US-based pediatric therapy practice.
The Medical Virtual Assistant will primarily support the clinic’s insurance verifications and prior authorizations, with a strong focus on Medicaid workflows. This role is designed to offload time-consuming back-office tasks from the in-clinic team, improve efficiency, and ensure families receive timely, accurate support regarding insurance-related matters.
