- Provide L1 Level Customer Support

- Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.

- Resolve tickets Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.



Eligibility:


- 1 plus year of experience in International Technical Support

- Good communication skills


Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate

Good Knowledge of networking


Compensation : 5,00,000 - 6,0,000 pa (Hike on last drawn)


Shift: 24*7


Work Days: 5 days working with 2 days rotational offs
